Who I am
I'm Anthony Panghulan, a senior UX/UI designer working across the Philippines and the Gulf. For seven years I've designed bilingual digital products for government, culture and enterprise clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. That work includes a national museum, a national learning platform, a national day and Vision 2030. Currently at Create Group, remote from Manila.
I work in English and Arabic and treat right-to-left as its own layout rather than a mirrored afterthought. Given the choice, I'd rather build a component system than a set of screens.
Recognition
The Dubai SME Learning Hub team won Gold for Best Use of Digital by Sector (Public Sector & Government) at the MENA Digital Awards, plus two further awards for the platform's AI work, and a CX World Series shortlist.
Team recognition across a Create group of 20+. My contribution was the UI for the homepage, the course experience, the AI module and login.
